These liners glide on with ease and without any dragging across the fragile skin of the eye area. The texture is very similar to the Urban Decay 24/7 liners. One thing you need to be aware of with these liners, once applied they are smudgeproof, water and fade resistant! When the liner sets, (about 30 seconds) it doesn't shrink or feel dry on my lids like some liners do.
These liners can also be used as eye shadows. Just swipe a few lines on the lids and gently smudge with your finger or brush to distribute color evenly. You can also add powder eye shadow on top for a more dramtic smokey eye look.
